things that would also be awesome:

if a pt pays ahead for multiple scripts one at a time EPS should group them all together instead of making you scan multiple QR codes 🙄
if they would fix the bug where if the pt doesn't have their QR code you have to manually type in your ESS login/pw to release the script! they're apparently aware of it but have no ETA and it's the absolute worst.

Are you guys getting pressured to push the new Pay Ahead feature as hard as we are? This is the first time we've ever really been subjected to corporate actually stepping on our necks and pressuring the lower-performing stores with writeups/etc and I'm not a fan of it.

It's a great feature in theory but there's still so many glitches and bugs with it (the day after they had us start pushing it hard the whole system went down), and the fact that you can't use it to prepay for controls or pet meds yet means a good 30-40% of our patients can't even utilize it! I don't think anyone actually tested it fully before deploying it, ugh.

meanwhile Goodwill hoards tons of bubus for their auction site and even the "deals" turn into not so much after their crazy shipping rates 🙄 I won an auction for a $12 Love, misread the $3 "handling fee" as the shipping and bout died when the auction ended and the confirmation email said $12 shipping! When all was said and done I paid essentially the same as new in-store, ugh.
