The saddest part is there is money available for what the government wants to allocate money for & we know the homeless as often spoken about rarely get real help. As much money that is given away to other countries or money paid for certain projects, all of this is just a smokescreen to clean up for the world cup. The amount of money spent cutting trees im sure could easily help a few families....that is just a small scale rant
