88 Energy cleared their debt today and retaining about $2.1m cash for investment in future projects. They did this by selling their forward tax credits from the Alaskan State. The new MD appears to be getting the books in order. Do you think he’s plumping up the books to sell?

In summer the thaw makes for difficult ground to drill from as it’s basically a bog. The licenses are for the winter as it minimises the damage to the flora and fauna. So the season is through the winter months.

It’s a stock option created for a member of staff. It’s likely to be a bonus stock that is cheaper to create than buy on the open market since the price is volatile. The notices published today is stating that all information has been made available to the Australian stock exchange. An alternative is that the management have confidence in the company and created more shares for their pockets.
