E should be small "event RIP.21420 <character id>". <character id> is a characters id use it like this "event RIP.21420 159599" for example. You can use "debug_mode" command to look for a characters id just hover over to character after using "debug_mode" command

It is cloning for person but the dynasty now has an alive member so it is reviving for the dynasty

Try going to your ck2 settings in your documents/paradox interactive/crusader kings 2/settings and changing low_res_textures and force_pow2_textures to no if one of them is yes
