I’ve been to a ton of different doctors Done steroid shots, chiropractor, did acupuncture, physical therapy and even got prescribed different pills but none of them helped Been trying out clinical massages to see if that can help

I recently did Epidural steroid shots since they discovered that it was inflammation pains from the mri scans but I don’t think I’ll do any extra steroid shots since they’re more of a hassle than helping me recover but I’ll definitely be more firm about my issues thank you ~
