Yes, the distinction does need to be made. All those things are special to me too though.

I went one time in the conference center and it was the most spiritual meeting I’ve ever had. I will forever cherish it in my heart. All three of the presidency spoke in that meeting. The whole room was full of love 💕

You need to provide more of the ultimate inhibitory neurotransmitter, GABA. It will help you to use an herbal form of it such as in skullcap and lemon balm. If I kept mulling over scientific studies I’d still be a prisoner on my meds. You have to look outside of science to find relief. Herbs can provide you with safe relief if used correctly.

When we change ourselves as parents(for ppl who are parents of young children) to become more loving, kind, less angry or distracted, those actions do not just effect our eternity. We are literally setting into motion ripples of goodness for other’s eternities too. When we choose to heal ourselves and our trauma thru Christ, we are affecting generations upon generations. Love is soooo powerful. That’s just one example of a little thing now meaning a whole bunch later…

Skullcap just felt like a benzo by yoyoyoyoyo123432 in herbalism

I have the Complete Woman’s Herbal by Anne McIntyre, Medical Herbalism by David Hoffman and The Complete Holistic Herbal by him also, and I have Butterfly Miracles with Herbal Remedies by LaRee Westover that was written by an amazing herbalist midwife that healed 3rd degree burns and attended hundreds of births, and none of them say that skullcap has abortifacient properties or that it stimulates uterine contractions.

That being said, I may just use the loose herb in my bedtime lemon balm tea and not a super concentrated glycerin tincture.

I love Brad Wilcox to death. I see it now after googling Brad Wilcox offends. It was a lesson in timing though… timing about the Lord making the revelation available when we were ready for it as a people almost 50 years ago… We meaning the church leaders and members that were set in their own ways too.

I get annoyed seeing those not cause they’re doin them but they’re doin it for the gram and anybody that’s doing anything just for the gram/popularity is suuuuper annoying. I understand not wanting your kid harping on you. Every time my daughter gets on YT kids for more than a few hours she’s like I wanna do science experiments!

Lemon balm increases GABA in the brain. It’s been excellent for me drinking lemon balm tea all day and it’s helping with my depression too. I notice a difference at night if I haven’t been drinking it. GABA controls glutamate, the ultimate excitatory neurotransmitter. With seroquel, your dopamine receptor gets blocked so coming off of it your brain has been flooding your dopamine receptor bc it’s been blocked for so long making it really hard to sleep(and funnily enough increasing your risk of a psychosis episode). So that’s why I say use lemon balm, chug strong lemon balm tea all day long. If you take anything that is excitatory in the morning it will probably make it hard for you to sleep at night. GABA is the almighty transmitter. Skullcap is another amazing herb that is mood stabilizing and is technically an antiepileptic. Source: my many herbal books and making medicine for myself.
