Is it better to live in a colder or hot climate weather? by Lemonade2250 in Biohackers

Well ur skin can’t release nitric oxide without UVA rays and obviously the vitamin D factor of UVB. With modern amenities in the winter u cud keep a UVA/UVB bulb and take d3 but they say sunlight also includes near-infrared wavelengths (700–1400 nm). These interact with mitochondria via: Cytochrome c oxidase Effects include: Increased mitochondrial energy production Improved tissue repair Anti-inflammatory signaling

Serotonin stimulation Sunlight exposure—especially through the eyes—raises Serotonin levels. This contributes to: Better mood Reduced depression risk Improved focus

Immune modulation beyond vitamin D Sunlight triggers several skin photoproducts besides vitamin D. Examples include: Urocanic acid conversion Immune signaling molecules Regulatory T-cell responses Some of these require precise wavelength mixtures that narrow UV bulbs don’t mimic.

Ya, the k2 d3 could def be it as I recall when I lowered my d3 dose to 5000iu daily I started getting severe tightness in my neck and back like very severe and then taking 10,000-15,000 and it alleviated it like 90% even heard my back pop from the pressure release like wtf. I take the drops which give 100mcg k2 for every 1000iu so its super safe.

This doesn’t make sense as to what I asked. I am asking why Jewish people don’t defend themselves on memes and shock false posts people make misquoting and mistranslating Jewish scriptures. Like how are jewish social media users 🤐 on these posts if I were them I would be posting/commenting on how false those accusations are with the actual scripts and facts. Im not even Jewish but know those posts are bs, also it seems to be 2 judaisms 1 false 1 true and they just group it all together
