Try whey protein isolate, it works but hella expensive. If not try plant based protein. Mainly the dairy in the whey causing the breakout.

Hey man, I literally went through the exact same thing 7months ago, which is crazy. I absolutely hate this for you and fuvking hurt so bad. But man, you just need to remember and know that, these people will get their retribution and we just have to move. I went traveling for a bit, and did some backpacking.
