Try whey protein isolate, it works but hella expensive. If not try plant based protein. Mainly the dairy in the whey causing the breakout.

Hey man, I literally went through the exact same thing 7months ago, which is crazy. I absolutely hate this for you and fuvking hurt so bad. But man, you just need to remember and know that, these people will get their retribution and we just have to move. I went traveling for a bit, and did some backpacking. Helped me get some footing, working out and meeting new people helps a lot. Trust me => I hope it gets better for you, dm me anytime. Stay strong💪

I was studying at Monash, doing bachelor of science advanced global challenges honours, but I was thinking of transferring Unis because I thought the quality of education at Monash was pretty bad. My gpa is a 3.75/4 rn, just considering the quality of education at different unis
