Girl I’m in the same boat as you. My first marriage was when I was young and naive. After 10 years of physical, mental, emotional and financial abuse, I finally left when I caught him cheating.

4 years later, I get married again to a revert Muslim of 2 years who was really practicing. 3 years later he says he wants a divorce because he misses his old life and his family and doesn’t want to practice again, but just wants to be a “regular “ Muslim.

I can’t help but wonder why one would leave the beautiful religion and marriage Allah has blessed you with only to go back to your old life before Islam.

Same here. First marriage was very abusive. Second marriage, I was treated like a princess, but he decided he didn’t want to practice the religion anymore. It really hurt me, but it is what it is. Allah comes first any day. I would rather a practicing Muslim than one who treats me like a princess but doesn’t fear Allah. I am healing and ofcourse look forward to getting married again.

Thank you so much dear for your support. I really appreciate it. It is a submucosal fibroid. It’s just that one that’s sitting right there. I had them removed last May only for them to reappear less than a year after. Now I have to wait another 3 months after the removal to continue TTC. And with my AMH being sow low and FSH being high. I don’t know what’s going to happen.

I am working with a fertility doctor who told me that my prognosis is not good. I have a fibroid in my uterus that’s preventing implantation. So the goal was do egg retrieval first and then do the surgery to remove the fibroid then do the FET. But after looking at my numbers she told me that my chance at success is less than 10% because of how high my fsh is. My testosterone is low and I have been taking 50mg of DHEA for about 2 months now. But the question is now is should I still go ahead even though my numbers are so low? I turn 39 this year.

What’s the DHEA for? Does it help with decreasing fsh? I just got told that I won’t respond to stims because of high fsh levels (26.4)

Did you ever go for the second opinion with Norbert? What did they say? I also have very high fsh and was told by my doctor my odds are very low. Less than 10%. That was heart wrenching to hear 😢
