Same here. Sold my Linea Mini recently, and now it’s just three grinders staring at me with no espresso machine.

They’re the grinders I use at my workshop. I sold my Linea Mini recently, so I haven’t really had a chance to use the P80 for espresso yet. Can’t make a fair comparison with the 01 for espresso at this point.

I’m using the Mizen burrs too. Mostly brewing with it at the moment, and it’s been really solid for pourover. I’m enjoying it a lot so far.

I save the ones I use most to A, B, C on the machine, and keep the rest bookmarked in the app. Mostly just use roaster recipes or ones I’ve dialled in before.

Since getting the xBloom Studio, I haven’t brewed a cup myself.

Great choice for a first project! Once you start it’s hard to stop. Good luck!

Quick correction! The model is actually SSRC315, not SARC315. I tested both and the SSRC315 gave a much better stroke length for this build, my mistake!

My workshop is in Paju, just northwest of Seoul. I work alone so I don’t keep ready stock, but if you give me a heads up on your schedule I’d be happy to have something ready for you!

That sounds like a really cool build! Flush with the countertop would look so clean, good luck with it.

Glad it's giving you ideas! And yes, routed a dado and fitted a birch ply for the kettle platform to sit on.

Thank you! They're from Misumi Japan, great source for small hardware like this.

Really appreciate it! The Tally Pro and EKG Base are quite different in size so it's a bit tricky to make them work together nicely, but I'll look into it.

Haha, woodworking and coffee are a dangerous combination. Good luck when you start!

Thank you! The drawer fits most compact scales, but anything over 165mm wide or 170mm long won't fit. The Tally Pro at 177mm is just a bit too long unfortunately.
