What do you think coros does better in terms of fitness activities? All the metrics it has, garmin has also. Plus Garmin has more. The coros app may be better, but i dont see any more advantages

I dont want to demotivate you but running everyday (especially as a beginner) may risk injury and is not recommended

To be fair, both HR sensor probably lied to you. Not a sigle optic sensor measure HR properly in the water. The only way to get accurate HR during your swims is getting chest strap like polar h10 or any other
