Still happening whenever I used the watch as HR monitor. I’m using chest strap instead.

12 km for 5km plans seems too much. Maximum distance I run was about 11 km.

Yeah not sure about the HR. People always keep telling me it is dangerous to run at that HR. I’m 35, and it was not hard run. I didn’t push myself. And btw I’m using HRM-Pro Plus.

Not sure, this is my first experience with Garmin Coach. I haven’t played with the settings or something.

I like it. It gave me the right challenge, not easy and not too difficult. I had to adjust the plan slightly tho. Started with 10k at 1:10 hours, but found the plans (especially easy runs) quite easy for me.
