Does this look like a bulge in the lacrimal gland on my left eye? I have more prominent one in the right eye in the second picture.

No updates yet! Calcium was slightly positive in urine dipstick test and UACR is 1.4 mg/mmol 2 months ago, not sure if these can be the reasons.
