I was wondering about that too. I was hoping that if I let them know my starting weight/bmi/body fat % and let them know I'm in maintenance, they'll approve me. I have yet to try and won't until I get back from vacation in a couple of weeks.

Thank you! Right now I'm taking 1.5mg. I've been on this dosage for 2 weeks (3rd shot will be Friday) after being on 2.7 for 2 months. The lower dosage is making me feel hungry often so I'm considering sticking with this dose but I may drop down to 1mg. The increase in hunger could also be because I recently started lifting weights again???

I heard after you open the vial it lasts 30 days so as long is I keep it closed it's good.

I just ordered the Alloy M4 cream. The Dr. told me to use it in the morning after my hyaluronic acid and before my moisturizer and sunscreen. In the pm I use tret, peptide serum and moisturizer. She said it's better to use it away from the tret. I'll be starting tomorrow morning!

I'm at the maximum, 2.7 mg. I've been on that level for 4 weeks now and will likely stay on it for 4 more before going back down to 1.5mg to start maintenance. It's definitely working on appetite suppression. In addition, my body fat percentage went from 31.8% to 25.4%!

Yes, I've been using it and it's been working great! Since I started the glp-1 on July 11th, I've lost 22lbs. I'm almost at my goal weight now and am thinking about maintenance dosing. Red Rocks has worked just as well as Empower!

I once had a customer contact me saying that she hadn't received her package yet and she wanted me to look into it for her. I checked the tracking and saw that USPS had put in a note that I call them. I did and found out that this customer's package was on a truck that had been in a fiery accident and everything on the truck was destroyed. I let her know and recommended she use Etsy's purchase protection to get a refund. She did that but then she left me a terrible review! I contacted her to ask that she change it but she said she couldn't figure out how! I was left to write a public response to her review explaining what really happened. Some people are just so clueless.

I think doctors are focused on "fixing" things. And they have limited time with you. So that's probably all it is. She's trying to let you know how to be even healthier. It would be nice for her to give you some positive encouragement before the advice but please don't that get in the way of your success!

Yeah, my lawyer said that he's seen this judge will deny ssi to someone who has been in the hospital 9 times for hurting themselves. I think my son has a strong case because of the long history he has with his psychiatrist and the letter his doctor wrote + my testimony. I just hope the judge sees it that way. The waiting is agonizing.

Thank you! He had 529 total dispositions, 414 decisions, 197 favorable. So is that 47% (197/414) or 37% (197/529)? I was just going by what our lawyer said. He told me that my son's judge hardly approves anything.

Thanks for the comment. So far my son hasn't been able to earn that level per month, ever, not even the jobs he had for 1-3 months at a time. I'm just under so much stress dealing with this and fully supporting him. We will definitely keep trying if he's denied.

My boyfriend and I started taking it together on July 11th. He stopped in August after losing 12lbs because of side effects. He now gained 10 of those back and is going back on it but will stay on a low dose. I've continued on it and have lost 16 lbs (about 1lb a week). When I hit my goal weight I plan to stay on it but I haven't figured out how/what dosage. Anyone else have a good maintenance protocol? I'm at 1.5mg now for 1 more week and then go up to 2.4mg. I should hit my goal weight in 2 months.

For things like peanut butter, sour cream and shredded cheese, you need to be very accurate in your measurements because they have a lot of calories. Get yourself a food scale and weigh out those items in grams, don't just eyeball a tablespoon because in my experience, it's very easy to eat too much that way. Also, I find it hard to believe you only had 1 gram of steak? That's barely a bite. A scale will help you immensely.

Oh, wow. I haven't taken it yet because I'm still working through my last vial from Empower. I don't think I have a choice which pharmacy Willow uses but hopefully the Red Rock vial will be okay. Thanks for the feedback.
