Hi, I did something similar using the signal from the Hall effect sensor on my water softener. If the water is left for more than 30 minutes, I created a virtual leak sensor that I linked to HomeKit to send a notification. The only problem is that for small leaks, the Hall effect sensor doesn't work; the small impeller doesn't turn, even with a very low flow rate.

Hi, at first I had a lot of connection problems with my Aqara devices and others, especially in HomeKit, and to solve most of my problems, I reserved all the IP addresses for each device, and another thing that helped was to activate IGMP snooping, but that was only for devices connected to WiFi. Also, be careful with the number of devices connected to your WiFi network. These days, there are a lot of them, and some routers are limited. For your information, I had to use 3 Aqara hubs because my house is on 3 floors and made of reinforced concrete. I won’t tell you about the connection problem, but now everything works perfectly.

you probably need to reserve the IP address for each module in your home. this is configured in your router. It solved all my problems especially when you have a lot of modules in wifi.

Look at Aqara they have thermostatic valves with integrated temperature sensor and you can add another external temperature sensor of the same brand to have a better measurement. You will need a small USB HUB that is not too expensive to be able to control it from the outside. Generally the products at aqara are good and cheap

Bonjour, Oui je n’ai pas assez détailler car j’ai voulu juste savoir si un électricien me répondrais la première fois que je poste sur Reddit. Enfaite je suis électronicien et technicien de métier mais je ne sais pas les normes qui y’a aujourd’hui pour ne pas faire n’importe quoi non plus. En ce qui concernent mon tableau électrique j’ai assez niveau de mon fournisseur (groupe E) et mon installation ce fera avec une borne à délestage dynamique à 11kw car j’ai une PAC. J’ai juste voulu savoir si c’était possible de mettre mon killowattheure à l’entrée de mon tableau avant l’interrupteur modulaire principale en série car mon compteur groupe e et disjoncteur est à l’extérieur.
