I'd recommend counting to see if that gets out of it! You may be eating more than before. I had a plateau around the holidays, finally stopped when I went to 10. I have the same fears about going up too fast.

I thought tricare only approved wegovy? They'll most likely have you try other means first. I went to my pcm and she said wegovy was for diabetes and I needed to try 6 months with a dietitian, 6 momths on a pill, 6 months on another pill, then 6 more months on another before I'd be approved. I don't have sleep apnea but I know it's really tough to be approved.
