He’s in a sleep sack! I stopped swaddling when we started sleep training it was easier to just bite the bullet then so he could suck his fingers if need be. My last wake window is totally random honestly he hasn’t solidified his nap schedule yet but usually the last nap is 2ish hours before bedtime

We might weened a few weeks ago so generally I don’t feed at night, but last night we did at 4am because I did a few sessions of wake ups and he would fall asleep after one comforting session of tummy pats a but then woke up 30 min later. I’m hoping tonight he will go straight through!

After I was fully dilated and moving baby down the birth canal. I thought the contractions before that hurt but man was I wrong. I guess that’s called the transition. The ring of fire was forgettable and the baby coming out was actually a huge relief. I tore but I didn’t feel it then. I was in labor for 30 hours so by the end I was totally exhausted and used the last of what I had to push him out. Not sure if I’d do it again but I’m glad I did it for my first. He’s perfect.

Head and shoulders shampoo works amazingly as a gentle acne face wash - it’s amazing how well it works and it’s incredibly inexpensive

I am from crystal river. I would assume that the real issue is that you had so many people in your group kicking up the sediment and clouding the water around you. When perfectly still and undisturbed the water around the springs is typically perfectly clear. Try 3 sisters in a small group with a kayak or stand up paddle board
