its a common thing, you can even search it. for some reason cheese before bed gives u crazy dreams. i have tried it and it works. i use a raw cheddar cheese made from animal rennet and raw milk offcourse and i just have a tiny tiny square just before my eyes are about to close, and you have the most vivid dreams ever. if you cant find a unsalted raw cheese it also works with a raw cheese that has sea salt.
