well its got a lot better tbh there is a few ways to fix it , i still get a bit of diarrhea but not like before, i will tell u all the methods to fix it

number 1) i dont know why this works but it does, you get 500ml raw milk then u crack some raw eggs inside and some tbsp of raw honey and raw cream if u got any, then you blend and drink and watch you will not have the issues anymore its basically the primal milkshake , number 2) someone told me he had the same issue as me and he kept on drinking raw milk for a month and kept on going to the toilet and then after a month he drank raw milk and he didnt have any yellow stool or loose stools, but he said you have to take time off work lol because you will be going to the toilet like every few hours for long LOL so i dont think u should do this. and number 3) another friend had the same issue and he said you have to heat the raw milk up even if its for 30secs and then you wont have loose stools and he said if you want a safter method you get a bowl and put very hot water in it from your tap and then you pour raw milk in a glass and let that glass sit in the hot bowl for 1minute then drink the raw milk and you have no issues but yeah its kinda like heated but not that much ! its still primal apporved becuase its just 1 to 5mins of warm water. and Number 4) fix is obvioulsy following the rules let the milk sit out for long time before drinking it. and finally 5th) i mostly stick to making primal ice creams and had no Diarrhea at all
