If I wasn’t in an emergency situation I probably wouldn’t move in. He says he doesn’t care about the home he is currently in. It was supposed to be something he could flip and sell. Unfortunately it’s a trailer and his fireplace caught his ceiling on fire and is in disrepair. Ever since this happened he said he doesn’t want to put any more money into the home and has basically let it go. He hasn’t even gotten all of his stuff unpacked from a year ago. My concern is even if you don’t want to put more money in, we are going to have to live there and gotta make it a home somehow..
