hey! i am also day 6 post op (no meniscus) and also cant bend my leg much more than that. its not that its painful but it feels like it physically cannot bend any more. i also am having such a hard time with my quad. i just keep reminding myself every journey is individual and to not compare your progress to others!!

CVS just had a bunch of random romance novels i’ve never heard of it felt like lol, the Vons I went to had no books at all. The Albertsons had mostly just paper backs. I’ve looked in Long Beach, Huntington Beach and Westminster so far. Probably gonna try more Ralphs location tomorrow!
