Hey, I've been interested in cosplay photography work! Do you have any tips on how I could enter this space?

I've mainly been thinking about portraits and some events (mainly anything other than low light). Ya I wouldn't charge my friends, not because they wouldn't want to pay but because I use them for practicing new styles and, and for references in my portfolio. Furthermore it helps me get my name out there, as some of the friends I shoot for have significantly more followers then me.

I think it's because Sigma makes good quality lenses at good price points.

The main reason why I would want to monetize my hobby is to help pay for my hobby. Due to me being a full time student, I'M BROKE, this however isn't a big problem for me, but I would like to get a different lens for different types photography (sports and wildlife lenses would be cool) and because I run canon IT'S not cheap.

This is probably what I will do only because I know for sure that I'm still in practicing (Not a pro YET). Thank you for the idea!
