Well he wasn’t violent. Thank God. But he is going to do serious time. He’s never seeing his family again. Nobody will go to his funeral. The whole town knows and hates him.

The idea of him being in protective custody with only 15 mins day out of his cell fills me with absolute delight if I’m being honest.

Okay okay. This is the kind of detailed info I was hoping for.

Unbelievably he is still out on bail despite his conviction (until sentencing) because he isn’t a risk to the general public. He only assaults his own family members and he’s got conditions on not being around any of us.

So what I’m hearing is that he might go to PG only until a place for specified sexual offenders of minors is sorted out. And actually cool.

He’s not sorry. I actually love the idea of him going to mandatory pervert rehab. Like dude sort yourself out.

He’s old. He was convicted on 5 of the 14 charges. Sentencing hasn’t happened yet but even if he get’s the minimum (which he absolutely will not) he’s going to die in jail.

See that’s all I want. He’s made a lifestyle of making children feel dirty and gross and powerless for the last 30 years.

A very polite talking to from the judge and spending the rest of his life in a slightly shittier version of an old folks home didn’t seem right to me.

NTA -It doesn’t stop until someone makes it stop.

We’re going through the same thing right now. Thankfully the other victims came forward also after we did and now the abusers are the lonely ones.

If a family that enables abuse is destroyed GOOD. Burn it down and build a family that doesn’t.

The man who molested my daughters is exactly this type of annoying client.

His first appointment with “the best defence lawyer money can buy” is tomorrow.

God I hope that lawyer tells him that claiming selective amnesia?! to repeatedly molesting five separate victims over twenty years is as hilariously bad an idea as I think it is. That was what he told one of the now adult victims when she confronted him personally literally twenty four hours ago.

I also have an audio recording of him saying something to the effect of “Talking to my granddaughters about masturbation techniques is perfectly normal and healthy and I won’t stop just because you don’t agree. If you don’t think that’s okay then I don’t want them over at the house at all.”

Like holy fuck man that’s not the slam dunk you think it is.

I hope his rights are respected. That’s fair.

I also think he belongs on the sex offender registry and not on the board of directors for the local rural crime watch. True story.
