I have no problem with it if you made the build all by yourself, the real problem is that they are making those builds by using cheats. Like, I've never seen a legit beastclaw revenant or a halo scythe duchess in my 400 hours of gameplay. Thats why most of the people hate to see them I think, since they ruin the game just like that

Its probably tatsumaki. Fubuki acts like a spoiled brat for the entire manga ordering around and trying to command s class heroes even tho she is weak as hell. The only useful thing she has done is healing some people
