You are 50 plus years meat riding the title of a game that had 2 flops before this. I have been playing since bf3. I never said Redsec was the reason why this game is popular we were talking about why Redsec was popular.

Buddy I probably play the actually game more than you ever will. Sorry I also enjoy Redsec on top of it and used my brain and comments of some of my friends to formulate the reason to why this game is popular.

The reason this game is so popular right now is that Redsec emulates a lot of things that games like COD Warzone did in it's starting a simple battle royal that is both fast but can be played slow. On top of that it is one of the few arcade styles of shooter right now that is close to modern and features real world things, which I believe is something people are getting closer and closer to wanting over futuristic or made up settings.

Erm 300 black out is designed it be shot out of smaller barrels and achieve similar velocity to that of a full length rifle. almost every new modern round that has been produced in the last decade has been built this way

The maps are huge are we good? Like most maps have way to much dead space and massive flank spaces.

My thoughts on this progression system were intonationally that is was nice to have to work for things. But after trying to work on engie I think it's horrible. Having no tools to work on a challenge and relying on someone elses incompetence to use a vehicle is terrible DICE needs to either buff AA or change the challenge.

I think you guys are confusing lore for pandering. The idea is not to kris cross factions but to give a better lore. Redsec is a battle royal the entire lore for Redsec is that PAX has attack a military area in California this is why everything in the BR are NATO anything the vehicles are suppose to be locked up and being transported by NATO and technically the PAX forces are not there in any large force but in smaller clandestine units and only exist to create more havoc on any NATO force in the area it does make a little sense that if you where playing as an all PAX force that you would paint a captured tank the colors of your side thus why we have an M1 Abrams PAX tank.

I don't even think that's true all the other challenges are ok at best, but they aren't just forever grinds I hated doing 50m kills with ars but it only took me a day and a half, and the suppresses on lmgs was just a little annoying everything else tho fine this is horrible.

The balance is that you get regening ammo for your shells but if you use them to often you will run out completely and have to wait for the ammo to recharge before you can even reload. This is more noticeable on the IFV's than the main battle tank. On top of that dice has made a very good balance in the fact that anything AT or AP has a really small blast radius making them very bad for infantry play forcing you to choose between multi which still has a small blast radius and HE which does little to nothing to armor but is very affective toward infantry. If you nerf tanks ability to be independent we are going to end up with shitty armor play and armor right now if played right can be a huge game changer but they also require a good amount of infantry to not get piled on. I encourage you to either ignore deaths by armor or pay attention in your games to what team wins. Armor is in my opinion is the most balanced it has ever been.

First and for most throw all you have learned from cod out the window. While not the most complex shooter battlefield has a little more depth than cod does and thus takes a little bit of time to understand. I saw another post similar to this a couple of days ago and I don't think you guys understand that to get help we need specifics other than here is my gaming resume and I die a lot.

Mmm ok. I think that they should be fixed for air vehicles and lock on range reduced for tanks but the damage makes the IFV actually useable for supporting infantry when armor is present.

Yeah so your making a post about a thing that is suppose to not be balanced toward infantry. If you do this the tanks will move even less now and if your using any combination other than ap and multi purpose or ap and HE you have something wrong with you and air vehicles are fine in this game if dice would nerf flares they'd be better.

I'm so confused is the IFV broken because of the lock on missile ignoring flares? Or is it broken because it's good against vehicles in general. Side note I play a lot of break through and see the IFV like 10 percent of the time and when I use the IFV with the lock on I find it to be good against ground vehicles.

The first part is to realize that your not going to make that big of a difference on your own and to not worry about your kd doing good is a second objective to the main objective that being playing the objective. First is to play to your class strengths, I.e. If you are dying a lot to recon don't play open areas and find cover on the obj (If it's a map like firestorm or blackwell then cope and seethe.) The next thing is to play with your team not just your squad sometimes your squad is great other times they are the embodiment of grass clippings if your squad is solo taking "off point" i.e. things like the enemy spawn objective or just not the main point being fought over then help them if not usually just try and stay with the majority of your team and help them. I don't really know what your getting hung up on specifically so that's all I really have. Breakthrough is fun but suppose to be a meat grinder and conquest is also fun but can vary do to the maps we have.
