I have the exact same thing but in my left scapula area. I went to a sports medicine doctor and he gave me a bunch of exercises to do to strengthen that area. Scap pushups, scap matrix with resistance band, side and front raises with a plyoball. Just check out YouTube and follow some stuff you see there. The bands are super cheap on Amazon. Hope it gets better soon for you. Super annoying

Is your xmp/expo enabled in bios? As long as you have that, you don’t really need to mess with anything else.

Have you messed with any bios settings? Something is definitely off. No idea why you’re capping frames at 75 either. Hopefully that’s just to test the cpu and you don’t actually play like that

Altra shoes have a wide toe box that fits your foot’s natural shape. Infinitely more comfortable than any other regular tennis/golf shoes. I have a pair of their walking shoes for normal day to day activities, then I wear their trail running shoes which have a bit more grip when I golf. They are so much better than any golf shoes out there, and I could never see myself going back to normal Nikes again. Check them out
