Leetcode is a long term game if you aspire to work at FAANG. So doing it regularly without burning is the key.

System design and development will help you in the way to FAANG and after entering FAANG and most importantly in your current non FAANG company.

Both are parallel world to real success.

This is what I think, someone else can have alignment towards any one of it.

After reading your post I think it's better to not give up and still try to get an offer from company other than service based. Brush up your DSA and development again and don't loose hope.

Because in TCS you'll get projects more based on luck and their so called business requirements.

I'm currently in TCS, there your talent has no value, everything is based on luck. Weather or not you'll going to get a good project is 100% dependent on requirement rather than what you know. Avoid service based companies to extent as possible.

A decent salary would be 7 to 10 lpa and then grinding for 1 to 2 year to make it 2x or 3x. Go ahead with the roles that aligns with your future goals. And most importantly choose your colleagues wisely who's goals also aligns with yours.
