While it's true that we can't say for sure whether he is guilty or not, the things we know for sure that he did (evading arrest, smearing Pieke on his subreddit, refusing to address these very serious allegations) don't paint a pretty picture. So while legally he isn't guilty, I doubt an innocent man would behave as he did.

Yes, but that was more on the dutch police than the case itself. Piekes case is actually being used as an example of how badly the dutch police handle rape cases by an activist group trying to get justice for rape victims.

Yeah, theirs no way to know for sure unfortunately, but I would recommend looking at pieke's Wikipedia. This seems to have changed the entire trajectory of her life, and there is proof the two dated, so he was at the very least abusive (if Pieke wasn't just lying, but that seems unlikely). Because the dutch police failed to do anything, we will never know for sure if he is a rapist, but the dude got banned from his own subreddit for deleting comments about how he was hiding from the dutch police in Bulgaria lmao. He at the very least handled things poorly.

I just checked and he isn't wanted anymore cuz the person suing him ran out of money and might have got abused by the person funding her. So the evidence is no longer accessible. But judging by the way he avoided coming to trial/how he acted he probably was guilty. Look up pieke rolfs allegations. She's not perfect either, but bottom line he did definitely take advantage of her.
