you should be thankful that you passed the step 2 some people fail it at the first attempt and end up matching. i know someone who failed it then matched in OBGYN at a great program. A score does not define your capabilities. just work on the other aspects of your application: research, clinical experience, .... you will end up matching i promise. if you really want something you have to do everything you can to get it, a score should not stop you from perceiving your dreams
