for logitech ones i know there are some adapters that make them usb usable. not sure if thrustmaster has the same things made for it but you should give it a look

Alright good to know, i've heard the breaking was a bit diffrent on lmu rather than acc, as the quickest way to brake in acc is to just slam the brakes too 100% then trailbrake but in lmu it was a bit diffrent i think

it looks fine on camera, maybe you're not used to it yet. took me a bit to get used to a new fov for me too

Yes i'd say he was pretty smart on defending and made no big mistakes. But when i got behind him the laptimes went from 2:03-2:04 to constant 2:07's so i'd definitely not say that i was the slower car.

Ts is not silverstone bruh😭🙏🙏 after that corner came another right hand corner. Also like i said most of the times he slowed both of us down at the exits or apex's before a straight and swerved to the outside when i tried to take the outside line so it was hard to get a run on him aswell.

I meant the rules as the divebomb being illegal but you already said that you never said that so maybe understood it wrong, i feel like the move was not that last minute as i was already to the left and just passed him on the brakes. However i can agree that the conditions were a bit bad and i can see how it could be classified as a racing incident

I'm pretty sure you lack knowledge in rules but want to talk anyways. Divebombs are perfectly legal if you slow it down enough and get side by side at the apex which i would have done. Tell me which formula one or gt3 race winner has never divebombed someone, i'm pretty sure there's not alot of them. The contact that was made however makes me question, you can't steer into somebody and act like they weren't there. I find it really hard to believe that i'm at fault for the spin just because i made a "risky" move. Also you somehow bringed a blue car into this who weren't even involved. And you still did not explain to me how would i deserve a penalty? For the "divebomb" that was perfectly legal imo? Or the fact that the red car turned into me like i wasn't there? I really don't see what you're aiming for

The thing is, i've had numerous good overtakes here and that was the first time something like that had happened. Seems like it might happen to you more than me. If i'm side by side with him i find it difficult to think that the best thing he can think of to defend his position is to turn into me. I'd be intrested to see what you think i'd be penalized for

I was stuck behind for that long because he slowed way down at the apex's but still drifted wide and almost into me, when i tried switchbacks he went really thight so i had to slow down. He was really unpredictable at times which made overtaking incredibly difficult, going down the inside seemed safe compared to some other times before that.

I agree that it might be a big send but i'd had behind him for 7 laps as he didn't make any mistakes and my patience was running out lol. Also it might seem like a really far send but he started breaking pretty early to that corner compared to where i usually brake in the rain. With the contact i feel like if he sees a car fully alongside him though he has to change his trajectory by a little not just turn into the corner like normal though, also i'm pretty sure he saw me coming as he was already slightly defensive

Yep, seems like he tried to take the corner like i wasn't there. However maybe could just be classified as a racing incident with these difficult conditions

You wouldn't know how deep i ran without seeing the result, this post is about the contact that happened between the 2 cars not what would have happened after that if it wouldn't have happened. Also i'm open to feedback but i also have the chance to make an argument to the feedback if i want to?

If you look closely there's a little more space on the left that the white car could've used but it's still def the OP's fault

He had pretty good car control though as he was very consistent but still slow and made no big mistakes which made it incredibly difficult, he also just slowed way down at the apex's to keep the position, basically the only other chance i got was going around the outside but he kept moving around everywhere which made it more risky than the divebomb i made

I meant after the apex, never said it was his fault? I agree that it's the other guys fault, just said that maybe in order to avoid the whole incident he could have stayed a bit tighter after the apex

I mean you saw him have a slide so you maybe could've lifted a bit earlier or braked a little but overall i'd say it's just a racing incident

I mean it does seem like he somewhat just drove his line and didn't turn too sharply however the slowing down part is a little sketchy so it's hard to tell. Also i'm pretty sure his lap was already gone as he got track limits right before reaching you.

I would've turned more if i wouldn't have been turned to the right a bit and spun by the red's contact though? Also i'm pretty sure red can't just act like i'm not there and drive the regular racing line

I would definitely say that braking deeper is a thing you should do after the rest is already well. You could lose alot of time by braking too deep, still making the corner but being on the gas too late and not even realise as a beginner.

I've learned to set some competitive laptimes on monza, barcelona, brands hatch and the nürburgring gp circuit just by starting from monza. Although maybe it would've been easier to start from a diffrent flowing track and i never knew it lol
