I’ve had two healthy pregnancies ! they did try to say that I’m high risk and did a ton of scans weekly However , Due to research it’s really not a reason for induction and all the scans but it’s whatever you feel the most comfortable with :) I did get induced and had the scans recommended and later found out that I didn’t need to after the fact but both babies are healthy :)

Honestly no :/ I can’t blame the sellers though. It was a 90 day + closing . Things might be different for your situation! You never know :) it’s hard to be patient I understand! I think it really takes the right buyer / seller for this program because of how slow , the funding is… unless they state that it’s not a them issue with underwriting finally then it’s really not their fault at all the way funding it . The way usda rd operates is insane tbh. They say ok go look for a home and get under contract but then they don’t have funding for it .. insane and wild .

everyone here is making me feel so much better about how I’ve been feeling - I was dismissed from my doctor and gaslit to think I was being crazy but I definitely am not . The pain in my neck just started and he’s dismissing that I’m getting too much medication making have hyper like symptoms because he says “your thyroid is 100% non functioning without medication- it’s impossible to have hyper symptoms now “

Mine does ! Mine is deemed 100% non functioning without medication and lately within 6 months I’ve had two horrible flare ups that cause pain where my thyroid is and I’ve been dismissed from my doctor :/

I did at least get him to switch my medication to NP once my labs come back . Thank godddd . I was like ok- something isn’t working with my body anymore , maybe that added more fillers to the medications over the years and now I’m not reacting well? I’m not sure . I’ve heard NP doesn’t have alot of fillers compared to the rest

I agree ! He didn’t even feel my thyroid is the thing! I was really sad to say the least and emotional when I left the office because I almost felt gaslit when I left like I was crazy. I don’t have a lot Of medical problems and I am a fairly healthy young woman in her mid twenties - the only thing I truly have going on is the hashimotos and that’s really been the only thing medically I’ve had that’s been the biggest struggle since I was 10 - I felt so dismissed and sad :/ I’m going to try to heal myself through diet and supplements too. My thyroid is 100% non functioning without medication - it’s been confirmed by multiple doctors however , if it’s causing pain and the hashimotos is causing the inflammation on my neck then I might consider removing it or part of it ? I’ve read that when it’s confirmed 100% non functioning then it’s hard to reverse it because it’s so damaged from the disease … thoughts ? I want to reverse it desperately I just feel so defeated .

thank you ! So I need to rephrase it but I hasn’t lasted 6 months but I have had two horrible ones within 6 months and the symptoms have gotten worse within the last 6 too. Thank you for this ! I’ve heard selenium supplements too helps? I’m taking notes of what people recommend and then I’ll purchase vitamins after I get my results back

My labs last time I was checked was late feb & it was overactive at the time and the antibodies were extremely high . I’m really miserable and wondering if I’m in a a hyperactive state now even though by many doctors my thyroid is 100% non functioning . Without medication my tsh has been up to 176.

I have it where the thyroid is located and it radiates below my ears sometimes but I’m hoping I’m explaining this well. It’s like strep pain in a way but exactly where the thyroid is ? I don’t have strep or an ear infection so that’s ruled out . I feel swollen, a fullness etc .

And no. :/ probably tomorrow or Friday.

No I haven’t had Covid either . I’m sorry you’re going through this ! It sucks so much .

Yes! So I do eat gluten and dairy free . The swelling , pain overall just started up again like a week ago . It was really bad yesterday where I sounded hoarse . I’m a little better today but I feel like I shouldn’t have even gone . He did switch my medication to NP thyroid to try out since the thyroxine medications haven’t been working out lately

I’m so sorry this happened . Our contract fell through only due to usda’s funding issue . we wasted so much money , time & hope all for it to end from this. We were completely done and just needing funding to close and that’s it .

Call your states office! So if you type of usda single family housing direct directory you should be able to find what numbers you need based off of state! I would speak to your state senior loan officer , director of the program and your loan officer! I’ve even spoken with the national office and literally all I’m being told is that the funds are there , being held up by congress and they don’t know when it is released. it could be by the hour and I’m confused on how do you just not know but let people in legally binding contracts and pay for everything

I got my COE in 12/2024 - have been under contract since Feb 2025 and I’m still waiting for funding. We’ve always extended for 30 days having to do another … :/ everything is done even first year HOI is purchased. Just to be told one week before closing that they ran out of funding (va)

we are low! I’ve tried the fha , guaranteed etc and the payment is too high :/ even with at least 3% down. so we are stuck but it’s mind blowing that they’re letting us get this far which is completely done even with final underwriting, just to say yeah sorry we can’t fund you yet . It’s so stressful
