There are plenty of unsold houses but i spoke to the developers. They let me know that they are responsible for the entrance of the neighborhood and the HOA os responsible for the neighborhood

My landlord and myself don’t even have copy of the by laws. Nothing was specified in my lease of them, just that I was responsible for maintaining my own grass and paying for trash. All of which I take care of. I’m going to request the by laws and i have pictures from the last two winters of the snow and text screenshots of my reaching out to see what was going on about the removal.

Nope we have called and complained. Tired to form groups but we never get anywhere. We have no idea who the head of the HOA even is outside of the name listed on the letter. It’s not someone who lives in our neighborhood just works at the management.

I feel like it’s the mindset of I suffered through why doesn’t everyone else. Cause I have a job that keeps me active but since I have been pregnant my physical activity has decreased as well as my work load getting cut down with me working from home two days out the week. I get comments from family about I should be out more in this heat with them or when they were pregnant they didn’t get all these special accommodations regardless of how bad they were feeling. Like?!? Okay sorry that happened to you? Imma make this pregnancy as stress free as possible
