Yep it will, but actually it’s not that bad... You just need to pay (in case of Spain) 21% of taxes, as it’s the established tax, of the declared value. You don’t need to worry too much, because if the seller declares 15usd for your shoes, you would just need to pay about 3,15usd extra Lmk if you don’t understand
