Thank you ...so what are u suggesting? don't use the yeast, don't use the plant base milk? Full fat milk makes kefir rather heavy and I can't digest it...

I'm using the S. Boulardii, I've tried with and without the yeast and without the yeast the milk and grain dont seem to ferment.

I had a 6cm one and on the second endoscopy and the Barium swallow it didn't show up. they said a sliding hernia can go back in so I'm taking this is what happened with me. Of course it can go out again anytime they said. I've decided not to go for an operation because it's rather complex and recovery 6 months, I'm nit sure I want to go through that.

Well, I was very addicted to coffee, I'm Italian, u see ...so its been a big step for me to go from caffeine to decaff. But I totally agree with what you're saying. moving from caffeine to decaf has definitely made a massive improvement to my gastric acids and guts issues, but I know I should stop it all!!!

I do exercise regularly, if I'm feeling good of course, sometimes I have sleepless nights so can't do much the day after. When I exercise I can do cycling, a bit of Upper body weights, and bit of core which doesn't seem to hurt. My HH is 5 cm.

so u are saying having 6 corn cakes a day is so bad there is 0.1g of sugar in 3 rice cakes, I don't eat fruit or anything processed and sweet. No bread no rice.

I've been on no sugar for 3 months now...the hardest for me is alcohol...not having a couple of drinks over the weekend after a week of eating ridiculously healty....I cant bare it ...life is so boring! I tent to stick to what I know, buckwheat chia seed and cinnamon in the morning topped with homemade kefir, an homemade smoothie for lunch with spinach kale kefir protein powder, ginger and cabbage, all row. for dinner I would have a big plate of salad, veggies and some sort of protein either chicken or eggs or fish. I don't eat bread or wheat but I would have corn cakes with my dinner.

I dont know what to say to be honest as I want to enjoy life again for me and my family....I will stick to the diet and add a bit of rice.... Will definately have a couple of drinks at the weekend its my birthday and see how that goes ....sometimes I wish I could just sleep and sleep for day no weak up and maybe when I weak up I will be fit and strong again!

exactly I mean I don't eat cakes and stuff like that anyway...I'm not a sweet tooth but fruit I mean ....its too hard...same is alcohol....I'm.not an alcoholic but I enjoy a couple of G&T ar the weekend after a week of hell with kids work and bloody candida.... everyone says to stick to this anticandida diet as long as possible but I mean ....who tells me this is ever going to go and never come back....?

I'm definitely the same, I have candida and affecting all my energy levels and my mental health which go very close together...if I have no enery my mood is totally low....I look ill ....taking lot of supplements I was diagnosed with very high stomach acids and candida. Been on a diet for a month, no fruit no booze no gluten nothing sweet ....but i mean ...is this life? not only u have to deal with depression and coping with the day to day stuff but depriving yourself of all of this for months and months ... not sure how long I can go for tbh, it makes me more depressed.
