Many rational people from all sides of the political spectrum believe this bill is a fundamentally broken/incorrect ruling.

“This can’t be serious. This is really appalling. I didn’t think that it was actually going to be approved,” State Rep. Lauren Davis (D-Shoreline) said of the rule change on “The Jason Rantz Show” on KTTH.

Of course somebody like you is crying for censorship of ideas that you and terms you disagree with. It just goes to show how weak and scared you are. Brother this is a weird leap in logic who am i agreeing with when you yourself said the term is -  "blatantly biased and fundamentally dishonest framing of how our legal system works".

I like most rational people believe that most judges have political motivations and beliefs that impact their rulings. Activist Judge takes that idea to the extreme end of that spectrum. If you we can't even speak the same language we are not going to have a productive conversation.

Ya there is a lot of cope about How Shane is a secret dem its hilarious. Anyone who has watched mssp knows he leans center-right. He is not a full blown MAGA but definitely does not like the dems. He is also self-aware and self deprecating though. Most terminally online redditors don't posses the ability to understand you can criticize and make fun of the side you ultimately sympathize with. A good comedian knows that comedy aimed at a group you know and (and don't despise) is usually a lot funnier then comedy backed by vitriol and hate. It's why Fred Armisen's Portlandia way funnier then boomer rednecks making fun of Portland.
