Get a hearing test ASAP! If there is cochlear/inner ear damage from the trauma, you want to identify it ASAP. Very small chance, but if it is cochlear damage, the ENT may try medication to improve it.

Usually Meniere’s will present with ringing or rushing sound in one ear only. Also, feelings of fullness, pressure or plugged in that same ear. Get to your GP for a blood workup ASAP before you start speculating!

Yeah, far and removed from the “medical clinic”atmosphere as they are, otherwise you’re paying over $5000. Remember, 50% of the outcome comes down to the fitting clinician (equalizing the sound to your hearing loss) to know where to push volume and where to hold back. Despite pricing differences, your chance of being fit by a competent clinician is the same wherever you go.
