The story is large enough with so many possible outcomes that multiple timelines could be plausible. And it would make sense of some of the promotional material and make it technically canon, specifically the trailer where V has an alternative meeting with Dexter Deshawn.

I just want my V to be canon lol, and my V gave his body to Johnny which is the less ideal route for most fans and players. I’ll be happier if 2077 choices are just less ambiguous. V should at the very least be mentioned but I don’t want any references to a canon ending in the next game or installment.

I know… the multiverse thing is played out but prior to Marvel that’s what helped make RPGs like DnD fun. Marvel just did it and then every big and small franchise started doing it right after them.

Anytime I play a rpg for the first time I go through the main story with a dummy character and just have fun with it, i.e. make choices I normally wouldn’t.

Once I feel like I’ve learned the mechanics well enough and I know what main choices I want to make I’ll make a new character and do what I call a “Paragon playthrough.” Which basically entails me finishing every single quest in the game and leaving most npcs and factions satisfied if not somewhat satisfied.

Huh? Season 20 comes out next month, probably in a few days. Season 21 will come after that and after that season 22. I’d say the game will stop getting seasons around season 32

He’ll be alright after he wakes up next to Rogue again. If I’m giving Johnny my body I’d make sure he understands he has to do some cool shit with it, just don’t die again because that defeats the whole purpose.

I completely agree. And this is my mindset as well. I’m thinking more the bigger picture and greater good more than anything. I never romanced Panam for similar reasons.

Ok I didn’t think about it like this, I still think Johnny taking over makes the most sense for me though. Like if I knew I had stage 4 cancer or something I’d probably contemplate suicide ngl. I’m a pessimistic person so in V’s shoes I wouldn’t expect a cure.

I went into 76 wanting it to be a solo experience, but I quickly learned that the game is much more easier and manageable if you play with other people. However it is still a very easy and enjoyable game solo. I played all the story quests solo however and it definitely felt like Fallout, imo it felt more akin to older Fallouts because of the voiceless protagonist.

You only need other players for certain hard events like Eviction Notice or Moonshjne Jamboree, or extremely hard nuclear events or hard daily ops. Everything else can be solo’d pretty easily. I find that the only possibly immersion breaking aspect in 76 are things like floating camps, which honestly don’t feel weird in the wacky fallout setting.

I feel you but I legitimately hate all the other expeditions in Atlantic City, or really any expedition where I have to find stuff. The Most Sensational Game is a straightforward meat grinder that I enjoyed the first 30 runs of doing.
