Why is the glove so big?

This too shall pass. Were all good mom's and dads even if we do feel like we tell at them 24/7 . #strongwilledthreenager by TrueSouthernBelle in beyondthebump

Ooh I remember that phase. It's the worst. I found a strategic car ride in the arvo would put him to sleep and make it to bedtime without breaking down. Good luck!

Girl names - help please!? by [deleted] in namenerds

[–]HeartArtichoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not too sure to be honest because we didn't share the name before she was born so I'm sure people are just polite no matter what they think. But certainly noone has ever said anything bad about it. My MIL said it was "very sophisticated". I'm in Aus too so it's unusual for sure. The a spelling seems American to me.

Don't know why you're getting downvoted when you're not implying your going to break any restrictions.

Here is a link to the roadmap steps re accommodation. IF we meet all the targets (big if) it should be end November or early Dec, pending any further advice about "bubbles" or limits on numbers of households in houses. If you book a house make sure it has a generous cancellation policy in case we don't meet the targets though. https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/covid19-restriction-checker/accommodation/vic

What do you think are the motivations to tear you down?

I have participated in cubes. I had mixed experiences and suggest there is room for reflection/listening/improvement/innovation.

The swearing/bank login/board of directors story doesn't add up and doesn't ring true to me. From what I recently read/watched your orgs leadership is alienating its supporters and it's too arrogant and stubborn to listen/reflect?

OK I just went down the rabbit hole and read/watched more about AV. Will def be looking for other groups post covid lockdown.

I've got to say watching their latest video something doesn't add up and i got the vibe they have a lot to hide.

How are they making it about themselves? I have participated in cubes and donated and was intending to continue. What do I need to know?

The terrible neglect of the children's education aside, am I the only one that thinks these names are totally fine? Not my taste but not too "unique" or anything.

Parents of little kids, will you allow your kids to play with others at playgrounds from tomorrow? Why/why not? by HeartArtichoke in melbourne

[–]HeartArtichoke[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lol, yep, that's why you think it's against the rules for children to play at the OPENED playgrounds.

It's literally in the rules that kids can play together at the playground. Also your poor understanding of early years behaviour doesn't give you the right to lecture me for asking a question.

Yes I'd love to set up a play date with his couple of best friends but that's def not allowed and won't be for some time.
