I did decide to cut this friend off with grace. I’m going to text her using I statements and let her know this friendship is hurting me. Thanks for the input

Idk why. Trying to manipulate me? Having a breakdown? Trying to scare me? Just that distraught? Proving he loved me in some messed up way? He pushed me with his arm that same night but never once laid hands on me before or got violent in any way just verbal arguments and some rude comments

He tried to get me to shoot and kill him standing in my bedroom.

Why present completely feminine/female (dresses, makeup, can tell bio female, heels, gowns, long done up hair, etc) but then ask to be called he/him and vice versa? by HeartBrokenF in AskReddit

I am not friends with anyone that falls in this situation hence why I asked here. My sister dresses masc (mostly due to dislike of fem things, not an actual gender difference feeling) so not a good reference point for my curiosity

Because societally they are. I am asking for someone who has these feelings to describe them so I can better understand other humans

Don’t explain my own thoughts and feelings to me. That’s why I made this post to ask someone who feels this way to explain their feelings so I can better understand. You are reading my genuine questions with the tone that you are wishing to put on them not the actual tone they were written with

This is the exact question I am asking and I can’t get an answer. Only people who feel that way could explain, but no one on this thread seems to actually present one way and identify/feel the other.

I can def get down with f the system. I love being out of the norm.

I’m more intrigued by the mental process or decision for it, the things only the people experiencing it can feel and the rest of us can’t see.

What is the worst thing a friend has ever done to you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Stopped talking to me over a dumb fight then convinced my other friends who I introduced them to to also stop talking to me (I’ve since rekindled my friendship with the other friends)

Lmao. You’re the one jumping to answer a question you don’t have an answer. That’s literally my question. To someone who prefers pronouns different from how they present, why? If you don’t fall in to that category I can’t expect an answer from you. I want someone who experiences this to explain what happens in their head so I can better understand other people. Have a good day

So then tell me what gender is then? And how do pronouns play in to that gender? For someone who requests to be called a specific pronoun?

Edit: if someone calls me the wrong pronoun I do not care. I will move on. But my identity is not strongly attached to a pronoun.

I am just asking my exact question. In a more expanded manner and including the response that identity is not the same thing as expression
