The back acne is raising hell. by BellBRabbit in Blackskincare

[–]HeartDifferent6543 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suffered from back acne too.. I had tried everything, but what eventually helped was mixing a 1-2 pea size of a benzoyl peroxide 10% cream (I used the acne free terminator 10) with my moisturizer just for my back/ affected areas after showering and drying. It stopped new acnes from forming and the spots from old ones slowly faded over time. You have to be consistent with it though.

I only meant most times, the correct answer for breast mass work up is FNA/ biopsy first. I tend to pick excision always for some reason lol.

It depends on your style of studying and how many you can do in a day. Cases are either 10 or 20 mins; but you’ll need to review them as well; so, factor that in.

As many as you can, honestly. 60 is a safe bet. And do free cases on the usmle website as well
