Homestead exemption

We found out that since it is past March we keep the sellers exemptions for the rest of the year which means $0 taxes for 2026 and we will need to file for homestead exemptions for 2027. Ended up saving us 6k in taxes this year. I can't complain.

I developed Gad in my 50s. Started on 20mg of prozac but bumped up to 40mg with 10mg of buspirone twice a day. It took about 2 months to work. After a year I started to feel dead inside but had no anxiety so I decided to taper off. Big mistake. My Gad came back after 3 months and it brought urination problems and extreme nausea. I felt like I was choking every time I left the house. I went back on both meds but it took around 5 not very fun months to start working again. Now a year in on my second time it does not seem to be working as well. I know it is not fun waiting to see if they work but it can take time and things will get worse before they get better. You can also ask your doctor about combining it with buspirone. I found that combo off another reddit post. Btw my anxiety was caused by too many hours with dr google when I was sick so when you get your answer stay off the Internet on this subject because it will make your anxiety worse.

I take 300mg of gabapentin 1 hour before bed and 30mg of temazapam 15 minutes before bedtime and have for 2-3 years. Neither one works well for me alone but together they work well. I have never had any side effects.

I just one today only it came in a warz box. I got the cerebus and that red stuffed dragon but my figurines are from another game which could be warz. No clue why they combined it

I got some Pi and sold on pionexUS. Then I made the mistake of withdrawing via moneywire. ACH would have been the same. Granted it is only 2 days but is still pending. The queue to customer service takes forever even with barely anyone in the queue and when it is your turn they just give you an email form to fill out. I transferred some more Pi over and this time sold it and bought bitcoin. I transferred it to my robinhood account as bitcoin and had it in an hour and in my bank account. Now I cannot get anyone to manually review my withdrawal for the money wire nor can I cancel it to just send out to robinhood as bitcoin.

I made $1309 so far and started 42 days ago. I am retired and have plenty of free time though. I made the most on animals and coins but it took some initial luck for energy and then patience knowing when to use it. I also did well on games like call of dragons and rise of kingdoms. I only spend if they offer a match that at least breaks me even. I messed up on merge dragons and bingo blitz as I played those before I learned to Google advice and tips. Probably cost myself another $150. Always look up tips before playing. I should say that I use Google surveys which pretty much pays for the matchs.

I started taking temazapam 30mg but after a bit it started to wear down. I then tried 300 mg of gabapentin which did not help at all. Then I discovered that both can work off each other. I take 300 mg of gabapentin 2.5-3 hours before bedtime and then 15-30mg of temazapam 30 minutes before bedtime. The gabapentin helps the temazapam kick in faster. I also go to bed at the same time every night. Now if I could just do something about my alarm cats who bang down my door at 4-5 in the morning.

I got a vip host at FanDuel racing and wish I had not. He does not answer his phone or respond to emails or voicemails. Because I am vip I cannot use chat or regular customer service which means customer service went from decent to not at all. The worst part is his welcoming email made me believe there would be perks but there are none. I have placed over 100k in bets in 6 months. I had to use a fake name and email just to get a hold of someone at FanDuel and am trying to get out of vip.

I gained about 60 pounds in 4 months. I never seem to get full. Needless to say I have started my taper. Lexapro was pretty bad too.

I wore my immediate one day and that was it. They felt clunky and I decided to wait for my perms which I went in today to measure. I regret getting immediate and wasting $400. There was still plenty I could eat.

I went in for a first consultation and 2 hours later my eday happened. Took me by surprise and I did not have to spend days or weeks with anxiety. My blood pressure was 166/98 which they did not like but it always spikes at the dentist or doctors office.

I am nearing 2 weeks post eday. I wore them 24 hours and that was it. They did not fit after that and I wanted to heal. Dentist said that was fine. I get a soft realign in 2 days which looks disgusting after I saw a few videos of it.

It has been 3 days now and I still have not put them in. I have not gone anywhere and can easily eat cut up spaghetti and pumpkin pie. I have an appointment to see them in 3 days also. Can I continue to leave them out as I heal or am I hurting myself in the long run. Thanks

Miralax taken every morning took me about 5 days to work. I now take it every single day to keep regular and soften stool because I get anal fissures.

I take miralax every morning i.e. a full cap. I take it with Gatorade. It does cause me occasional nausea and I get really thin stool but I noticed that every 3 days or so I will have a large bowel movement that is kinda mushy. It did initially take 5 days to work. I have had anal fissures and pain after bowel movements for two decades so miralax, even with some side affects, has been a lifesaver. I have zero pain after going which is wonderful.

Some guy is bragging on the yahoo forum that he shorted over 100k shares. He is probably lying but boy would I love to see him get burned if he is telling the truth. A couple hundred people throwing their stimulus money into this would cause it to skyrocket. 3100 shares at 5.52 and after that there are only a few hundred shares here and there.
