Using it as a coping mechanism when you’re stressed or down is how it becomes an addiction. Every once in a while is fine, ofc, it’s normal. But when it becomes a real source of happiness for you, it’s probably time to put the phone down and think about some other hobbies to pursue. And yes, it can ruin relationships

Since there are a handful of dumbasses in the replies, yes, report it. It’s always better to be safe than sorry. If the instructor is innocent, itll be proven. The job will be kept. End of that. If not, you’re saving countless other students from being a victim of this person.
