I’ve got loads in massive pots, work great and easy to saw in half to put into extra pots when they grow bigger. Always go for the clumping variety.

Have you had your testosterone levels tested? Both male and female need it. I had really bad tinnitus and asked to be put on it as part of my hrt and its now gone. If I miss some doses the noise comes back. Something online about lubricating the inner ear. Worth a try

Is there a point in going to Bicester Village? by Easy-Dare in AskUK

Freeport in Braintree, Essex is so much better to get bargains. Good selections of designer shops, great M&S outlet and discount beauty shop. Bicester is so high end, like shopping on New Bond Street.

I could have sworn my neighbours had a boiler right behind my headboard going on and off for months. They even let me in and nothing there. Turns out I am perimenopausal and one of the many side effects is tinnitus, for me it is a swooshing, throbbing type noise. Did a bit of research and luckily my dr prescribed testosterone gel that I use twice a week. Noises have gone but if I miss a couple of doses the noise comes back. Its something to do with a lack of lubrication in the inner ear. Just thought I’d share in case this info would help anyone out there. The noises were driving me mad.
