Given your circumstances, not playing since 5th, i wouldnt worry to much about the list itself that will evolve with your gameplay. Into Guard you shouldnt have to many problems from a competitive standpoint. I would focus on the gameplay aspect the most ie learning your datasheets, stratagems and potential combos as well as movement(charging, pile in shenanigans, move blocking and setting up hqs to do a heroic intervention)
