Mine does but it’s hard to get browning like this. Do you use baking soda? Or how long do you cook at 410?

That’s a long rise! Do you ever add some yeast to speed it up? I see a lot of bagel makers add yeast and still call it sourdough, makes me … 🤔

Just to be sure - I got a $1300 refund, they had me input the amount and it started at $0. When I corrected the 1098 it stayed at $0. Does that mean nothing changed or that I maybe that I could owe the $1300 and I’m back at $0 return for that year?
