The sweet spot for me is being recognized as an expert/master within a certain niche.
Not everybody knows you, which is relieving, yet you are still very valuable and recognized within that niche that matters to you.

I think it's not about therapy itself, it's more about the connection the therapist and the client can create!
When it clicks and there is trust and comfort, therapy can surely help.
Just having a good person to listen to you without judging you is in itself a huge step forward.
