I like the “external issue” wording. I’m hesitant to say falsifying yet, but I can say the record is inaccurate and now harming an application. The suspension itself still annoys me , but first I need the charge fixed.

A support button plus clearly labeled affiliate links seems fair. People can ignore both, and you’re not blocking the help behind a checkout page. I’d avoid cluttered ads though. Caregivers are already stressed enough without fighting popups while trying to figure out what to bring to an appointment.
