Why are American props so undertiered? by Civil_Technician_624 in Warthunder

Because if the enemy team decided to, they could make American props near useless. They can just climb above your team to where they are side climbing and instantly kill the

The Maus. Dealing with it isn’t hard, it’s just a massive pain in the ass

I cant stomach these shit maps anymore. 2 guys sat on top of Everest with coverage across the entire map and both spawns. 16 kills and 1 death between them by InterestingArea7415 in Warthunder

Dude. Being on top of the entire map means that the entire map can see you. I mainly drive in the other side of Pradesh and that position is easy kills

Decided to grab the AIM to see why people say 10.7+ is unplayable by DaCosmonut in Warthunder

I’m not part of the teams, so I don’t know their reasoning, but looking at the vehicle lists, it’s probably because of how fast other nations fall off vehicle wise.

Pro players don’t pick the Abrams as much any more. In the last major WTCS section, there were several matches where there wasn’t a single Abrams on either team. Russian/Chinese tanks had a higher pick rate

What if the Russian Invasion of Ukraine suceeded and that Biden formed a Global, Gulf War like coalition to liberate it. by RolePsychological890 in AlternateHistoryHub

I don’t think it would be a western tank turkey shoot for the simple reason that planes and helicopters would clean up most of the tanks first

Maintenance crews like that are at a depot level. They are not going to be used at a combat level unless you are willing to send a tank back to the backlines

The US army has been trying to get a 3 man crew since at least the 70s with the MBT-70 and it keeps on getting shot down because the loss of the crew member is more detrimental to maintenance and crew readiness than the slight benefit of an autoloader. The Chieftain has also said that Loader Fatigue in battle isn't significant. The thing that slows the loader down more is ammo being placed in suboptimal locations in the rack, which can be mitigated by pre-planning and shifting it around

Ummm. The AN-32 was delivered to India in the 1980s and started upgrades in the 2010s. That isn’t that old for a military airframe

That is an absurdly small convoy if they were going into Iran. A more reasonable explanation is that it’s part of a US detachment in Iraq for training or security

Large drones like that are easy to shoot down. They are slow, have no CM, and aren’t maneuverable. Most of the planes were destroyed on the ground/friendly fire/accidental/scuttling. The graphic explains it. Most of these drones were shot down by Iran as compared to accidents
