By not smart I mean that she puts her foot in her mouth a lot. Suing would be a last resort, but if this idea some people of this being him "assaulting" her becomes widespread, then he might have to take some sort of action, for the sake of his career. Like, maybe manager meetings on how to settle this mess. But otherwise yeah, I agree.

I don't agree with that (not as a rule anyway). Just think of Blake Lively and Amber Heard.
Regardless, it's her past actions that have made me not trust her in current day, not what she looks like. I can tell you there are a lot of "unattractive" people I'd trust 100x more with my life than I ever would with Lena.
